Frequently asked questions

What information do I need for a pallet quote?

Provide load dimensions and weight, handling and racking details, quantity, destination, timing, and any export requirements.

What is the difference between heat-treated and standard pallets?

Heat treatment may be required for certain international shipments. Standard pallets are selected around domestic handling and load requirements unless treatment is requested.

Do you build custom-sized pallets?

Custom pallet requirements can be reviewed from dimensions, drawings, an existing pallet, or the shipment itself.

Can recycled pallets be considered?

Yes, when the available footprint and condition match the load, handling, and operating environment.
